Activities
TechClub 4 kids is based on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education that is based on the idea of the coherent education of children in all the above four main subjects. It aims to integrate these learning based on their real-world applications.
We aim to flourish the power generated from these four bases to empower the children's minds and hands, through exploring and discovering, in a safe and engaging environment led by specialists.
Science
We aim to feed the children's passion for science and increase it even more!
The children have a natural curiosity that lends itself to science. We aim to build on this desire to enable them to look for viable answers independently and in friendly groups.
Technology
The current world is more dependent on technology, and a knowledge of coding is an advantage in various professional fields.
Coding and programming also help children learn mathematics in relation to observable and interactive applications. In TechClub 4 Kids Children are encouraged to see the real-world applications of mathematics instead of relying solely on abstract figures that sometimes are hard to relate to. Children might also improve in writing as a result of the development of their coding skills. Children will learn the value of planning before starting a task. They will also learn how to be concise but accurate.
Engineering
Learning engineering allows children to apply their existing mathematical and scientific knowledge in a more practical way. At TechClub 4 Kids, children will learn how to pose questions and deliberate answers for some common problems they may encounter. Furhrmore, through engineering children will interact with mathematics and science in a more meaningful manner, connecting them to their day to day lives.
Math
Mathematics makes our life orderly and prevents chaos. Certain qualities that are nurtured by mathematics are the power of reasoning, creativity, abstract or spatial thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, teamwork, resilience and even effective communication skills.
TechClub 4 Kids will help children develop their mathematical reasoning and solve problems in groups, where they empower each other and further nurture their creativity.
